Have you run into any of my friends at BU yet? So here I am in San Francisco. You were right about this place. Saw Mill College. Far out! Stuck in with a bunch of Boogies! Will call collect at 3 am some night just for a deja vu. Write me a quickie and I’ll write a long one.

Love, Dan

Bola, Oga!

We’ve moved! Rick got a new job, I’ll start looking soon. We packed all our stuff into a Ryder truck and took a couple weeks driving across the country – great fun – stops in Iowa for an engagement party (did you know we’re getting married?) played in Salt Lake.

We’re less than 10 minutes from the park, between Irving and Judah. Deck an backyard so I can work out my gardening fantasies.

What’s new with you?

San Francisco owes its Golden Gate Park to the labors of “Uncle” John McLaren who began in 1887 to convert 3 miles of sand dunes into what is today a lush combination of groves, gardens, lawns, lakes, athletic fields and museums.

Hi

We’re having fun seeing old friends and the sights. We went out to Alcatraz on Sunday and N started his seminar Monday. He seems to like it. I have been walking all over town and pretty much have the buses down. It’s good to be in California. It’s cool!
